All items sold on Jaca Africa, under defective conditions, can be returned within a period of 5 days from delivery date. NOTE: You have 5 days to notify the Customer Service and return the order to us, from the day you received your purchase. For damaged items and wrong orders, the return should be immediately after confirming with the delivery guy that the conditions exist. After this period, we do not accept returns. We advise you to contact the manufacturer if the product has a warrant.
Since you can only return the product physically to the warehouse as stated in our return policy, you will get informed at the warehouse: If the return is invalid you can either go back with the product or leave it for disposal in accordance with the Kenyan law, if valid you will be eligible for a replacement or a refund within seven working days.

Yes you can change your shipping address after you have placed your order as long as your order has not been dispatched: for that to happen we will cancel your order and we will reorder afresh from our head office.To make this particular request please contact our Customer Service .
We will attempt to deliver your order again the next working day. If you miss again you will have to pick it at our warehouse.
