Return Policy

A return of an item(s) is only valid if;

  1. Purchase is made on
  2. A wrong delivery is made from that which you ordered
  3. An item(s) which is damaged is delivered
  4. An item delivered is defective.

The policy applies as follows:

In case of a wrong order, you are advised to identify at the point of delivery, the delivery man should be able to verify with the office and return the order.

In case of a damaged item. The same applies. Identify at the point of delivery, the delivery man verifies and returns the order. See what qualifies to be a damaged good.

In the case of a defective item.

  1. The purchase MUST be returned within 5 days.
  2. The purchase MUST be returned with an original receipt.
  3. The purchase can only be returned to the warehouse.

Purchases returned within this period will be refunded in the original form of payment, minus any shipping charges. It may take up to 10 business days for verification of your claim and full reimbursement to your account.

Damaged Goods

Any item that is damaged on transit to you disqualifies you from the obligation of receiving the order. A good is damaged if it is broken cracked or is visibly scratched.


We are unable to process exchanges. To replace your item(s) with a different size, color, or item you are advised to visit the warehouse. There are no guarantees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
